  2. Great episode – some takeaways were failing is necessary to succeed / muscles have to tear a bit in order to build – for me that means getting out if my comfort zone in Networking and actually speaking to people. The other was not belittling my successes but proclaiming them. Fir me that means sharing the trials and failures I needed to go thru to succeed and sharing that so others can succeed. There is A LOT in this episode. Great work Sean Tyler snd Moira!
